{Sewing Projects}

First just a random picture of my little sister that I thought was so cute!  The other day I had some more fun taking her picture :)

I had to take a picture of my new little capsule for holding my pins, it is so cute!


 Now for my sewing projects!  I have had a bag full of random things that need to be fixed just sitting around my room for awhile, so I decided that we were going to have an "Orderliness" meeting for Bright Lights, I should be a good example :).

I fixed moms clothes pin holder for her, and also this cute little skirt (I will take pictures of it when I am done)  if I would have been able to sew when I was younger it would have been nice.  I have had this skirt for some time now, but it's slit was not long enough to walk in.  I decided to take some extra fabric from around our house, rip the slit longer, and add the fabric into the slit like I have seen others do.   It is a very pretty pink color and goes perfect with the light brown skirt! Since the skirt is now too small for me,  I am fixing it up for the modest clothing exchange that our Bright Lights group is having on Nov. 1st.  I am very excited for the exchange it will be a lot of fun!
